Under $10 wine at the LCBO

Going over a list of wines under ten bucks, I vaguely recall that the LCBO
was going to start getting in more lower cost/good wine, but if they have,
i haven't seen much progress in that area. With one exception.

Go to any LCBO and look for Fuzion wine. It will be stocked in quantities
disproportionately to other wines. Why? Simple: it's good and it's cheap
(under $8).

Clearly there is a demand for this. I notice another good wine for under $8
call Misterio is also selling well. But Fuzion has the buzz.

I'll bet that if the LCBO had a cheap and cheerful section it would be
massive. Instead people go in and buy either bad cheap wine or not so great
expensive wine, which to me is bad for the customer.

I am fine with the LCBO having a big Ontario section (though there are too
many wine makers in Ontario I think) and I am fine with a big Vintages
section. Now i would like to see a big table wine section filled with good
and cheap wine. And not plonk, but simple tasty wines that don't cost twice
the price of the meal you cooked.
