What to expect when you are expecting: the middle aged years

When my children were born, I and many other parents referred to the "What
to expect" books. Not only were there ones dealing with pregnancy, but
there were later ones like What to Expect When You Are Expecting: The
Toddler Years. These books contained a wealth of information and advice and
mapped things out to the month and even the week. Pregnancy and afterwards
can be a wonderful but also a bewildering time. While you still have to
make your own decisions, these books helped a lot in helping you plan and
deal with things.

And then, after your child is no longer a toddler; what then? Nothing. You
are on your own! Is it because it is easier then? Hardly. And I have
thought it would be good to have such books well up until the teen years.

But why stop there? All stages of life are challenging. It doesn't matter
if you are 2, 22 or 92. Why not have what to expect books for every age?
That would be great for any caregiver or even an individual. I can recall
at all stages of my life wondering what to expect next. I am sure most
people do. Such a set of books would be invaluable.
